BOUNCE HOUSE BUDDIES RENTAL AGREEMENT & TERMS OF LEASE THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS! This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Bounce House Buddies (“Lessor”) and the undersigned customer (“Lessee”). By submitting this form, Lessee agrees to all terms and conditions below. 1. SUPERVISION & RESPONSIBILITY Lessee agrees to properly supervise all rented equipment at all times. Lessee accepts full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period and agrees to reimburse Bounce House Buddies for the full cost of repair and/or full replacement value if any equipment is damaged, lost, or destroyed. By agreeing to this contract, Lessee confirms they have read, understand, and accept all terms and have had all questions answered to their satisfaction. 2. DELIVERY, OPERATION & PAYMENTS Equipment will be delivered to the address provided by Lessee. Lessee grants Bounce House Buddies and its employees/contractors permission to enter the property for delivery and pickup at approximate times. All payments must be made prior to or at delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. No refunds will be issued after equipment has been delivered. For inflatable units: Lessee must provide one grounded 115-volt, 20-amp outlet per blower within 50 feet. Extension cords are not permitted. If air pressure drops or the blower stops, all users must exit immediately. The blower must be the only item operating on that electrical circuit. A $20 service fee will apply for service calls caused by electrical or power issues. 3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may result in forfeiture of all payments, including deposits. Rain checks may be offered at the sole discretion of Bounce House Buddies. 4. SAFE OPERATION RULES Equipment must be placed on grass or smooth hard surfaces only. Equipment may NOT be placed on rocks, brick, glass, gravel, or uneven/jagged surfaces. Equipment must not be moved once placed by Bounce House Buddies. Anchors must not be removed at any time. Equipment must not be used during high winds, storms, or lightning. All manufacturer safety rules posted on the unit must be followed at all times. Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund. 5. ADDITIONAL SAFETY RULES Shoes, glasses, belt buckles, and sharp objects must be removed before use. Never use a partially inflated or deflated unit. No climbing on walls, netting, columns, or roof. Adult supervision is required at all times. Do not exceed posted rider limits (recommended 6–8 users depending on unit size). Do not repeatedly plug or unplug the blower. No water, hoses, or liquids unless expressly authorized by Bounce House Buddies. Only users of similar age groups may play together. 6. PROHIBITED ITEMS ABSOLUTELY NO: Silly string Food or drinks Confetti, foam, trash, or similar materials Violation may result in: A $75 cleaning fee, and/or Full replacement cost if permanent damage occurs. 7. EQUIPMENT USE & LIABILITY Lessee agrees that: Equipment is for Lessee’s use only Equipment may not be loaned, sub-rented, or transferred Lessee is responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, or any cause 8. HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNIFICATION Lessee agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Bounce House Buddies from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from the possession, use, operation, or return of the rented equipment. This includes injuries caused by misuse, weather conditions, acts of God, or circumstances beyond the control of Bounce House Buddies. 9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES All equipment is rented AS-IS. Bounce House Buddies makes no warranties, expressed or implied. If equipment shows any defect or unsafe condition, Lessee must immediately stop use and notify Bounce House Buddies. 10. BREACH & DISPUTE RESOLUTION If Lessee breaches this Agreement: Lessee is responsible for all damages and enforcement costs Bounce House Buddies may terminate the rental and reclaim equipment All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida Both parties agree to attempt resolution without litigation when possible 11. OVERNIGHT RENTALS For overnight rentals, Lessee agrees that the blower must be removed from the inflatable and stored in a secure, locked location overnight. 12.
