Answers to common questions about our inflatable rentals, delivery, payments, and more.
Does the price include setup and delivery?
Yes. Setup and delivery are included in the rental price. Additional delivery fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Prices do not include sales tax.
Do you deliver to other cities?
Yes. We do deliver outside our immediate area. Due to fuel, labor, and travel distance, additional fees may apply. Please contact us for an accurate quote.
Does the standard 24-hour rental include setup time?
Yes. We arrive early to set up so you get the full rental time to enjoy your inflatable.
When do you set up?
Setup times vary based on our delivery schedule for the day. Typically, we arrive between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. If an earlier setup is needed, we’ll notify you the day before your event.

We’ve rented dirty inflatables before — are yours clean?
Absolutely. All inflatables are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every rental. Your unit should arrive clean and ready for fun.
Do we have to keep the unit plugged in the entire time?
Yes. The blower must remain on to keep the inflatable fully inflated. Once unplugged, it will deflate. For water units, we ask that inflatables remain inflated overnight so they can dry properly. We require a power outlet within 50 feet of the setup location. We bring heavy-duty extension cords when needed.
What about parks — do they have electricity?
Most parks do not provide electricity. If setting up at a park, you will need to provide a generator. Parks are first-come, first-served, so we recommend arriving early.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards. In some cases, we also accept Cash App or Apple Pay. If paying with cash, exact change is required.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A small deposit is required to reserve your rental. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your rental date. We also offer rainchecks valid for up to one year.
What if we need to cancel?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your event receive a full refund. For Saturday events, cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM on Thursday. Cancellations after that time may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Travel fees may apply if cancellation occurs at the delivery location.

How big are the bounce houses?
Most of our standard bounce houses are approximately 15’ x 15’, which is larger than many competitors. Each unit listing includes the required setup space. Please measure your area before booking.
Do big inflatables have special requirements?
Yes. Larger units may weigh up to 650 lbs and require at least 4 feet of clear access to the setup area. A clear, obstacle-free path is required.
What surfaces can you set up on?
We can set up on grass (preferred), dirt, asphalt, or concrete. We cannot set up on rocks or gravel, as they damage the inflatable material.
Can we see your contract and safety rules?
Yes. A copy of our rental agreement and safety rules is included in your receipt after booking, or you may contact us directly.
Are we responsible if the unit gets damaged?
Normal wear and tear is not your responsibility. However, damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety rules (such as operating during high winds) may result in repair or replacement charges.
Is Bounce House Buddies licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed in the State of Florida and fully insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
